Embedded World 2025 was our farmers market moment—a chance to bring our freshest innovations straight to the community! Like a well-stocked stand full of seasonal highlights, our booth featured new products like the phyCORE-AM62L FPSC SOM, live demos like the EVCS Cube, and helpful insight from our team of embedded experts. Our booth buzzed with activity as engineers, developers, and tech lovers from all over the world stopped by to chat. It was a great opportunity to connect with both familiar faces and new ones, and to see firsthand how PHYTEC continues to grow in the embedded ecosystem. Like you would at your local farmers market, we hope you browsed, sampled, and left with inspiration (and maybe a few tech treats). We’ve added some vibrant new growth to the PHYTEC lineup this quarter! From handy accessories like our Thermal Management Kit -which includes a heatsink, heatspreader, and fan to keep you cool as you launch your product to market – to new SOMs you can expect later this year and into next (we even made a SOMs in Development landing page so you can stay up-to-date on what’s coming!). These new additions are designed to make your build experience smoother and more powerful than ever. Whether you’re prototyping your next big idea or looking for that one missing piece to complete your setup, there’s always something fresh waiting for you.

Well, lucky for you we just wrapped our 5-part graphics series where Apps Engineer True Loan shows you how to use five different graphics platforms running on the phyCORE-i.MX 8M Plus. Like a lineup of springtime blockbusters at your favorite drive-in, True breaks down everything, giving you deep dives on GPU-accelerated graphics and covering the tools, tech, and tips to help you bring your UI to life. Just like a well-tended garden, our ecosystem keeps growing — thanks to strong roots and great company. This season, we’re highlighting new collaborations that are already sprouting: embedded camera solutions with our partner Vision Components GmbH, industrial Ethernet innovations with IBV (our Ethernet Expansion Kit features a ready-to-boot SD card with IBV’s real-time software image for easy integration of EtherCAT, PROFINET, and ETHERNET/IP), and tailored OEM and gateway solutions with Miromico. With each partnership, we’re cultivating smarter, more adaptable technologies that support our customers from concept to full bloom. What started as a humble concept has blossomed into a powerful development platform! Our Smart EV Charging Station demo just turned three, and we’re celebrating with cupcakes, partners, and plenty of gratitude. From a fish tank prototype to a custom enclosure from DI Labs— to its final form as a dev platform, this project has grown alongside our collaboration with Texas Instruments and PIONIX GmbH. Here’s to many more years of full-speed innovation and charging ahead into the future!
